The Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar (UNICAL), Prof. Florence Obi has approved the appointment of Dr. Dorm Cklaimz Enamhe as the Executive Secretary for the 28th NUGA Games tagged "UNICAL 2026."
According to a letter signed by the University Registrar, Dr. Mrs. Chukwuka Icha, the appointment is for two years, effective December 1, 2024.
The letter, dated February 28th, 2025, conveyed the Vice Chancellor's retrospective approval of the appointment.
The Vice Chancellor expressed hope that Dr. Enamhe will bring his wealth of experience to bear in the discharge of his duties in this critical assignment.

Dorn Cklaimz Enamhe was a Council Member of the NBA Section on Public Interest and Development Law (NBA-SPIDEL) and is currently a member of the NBA Anti-corruption Committee.
He is also the Alumni Relations Officer of the University of Calabar which turns 50 years later in the month.
