I applaud the strength, resilience, and unflinching commitment of women to the pursuit of equity, justice, and excellence.

As Chairman of the 2025 NBA-AGCPC, I reaffirm our commitment to promoting gender equality and the empowerment of women in the legal profession. We recognize the critical role that women lawyers play in advancing the cause of justice, and we shall continue to champion initiatives and policies that support their professional growth and leadership.
